But the fact that you got promo material (a breach of their LCCP, would seem to suggest something’s gone awry at the casino point) In this situation though I personally would say it’s only right you get your deposits back, or at least the majority of them. If the issue is re GS then there is scope to get the UKGC involved.
You have given a glowing review 8.12 to a company that is actively seeking out and accepting UK customers. No point tbh mate, if you don’t see what the issue is here – a site that actively seeks problem gamblers is worthy of that rating, on a ‘nongamstop’ affiliate site? You will be blocked from gambling with all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or 5 years with auto-renewal. Some casinos don’t give much attention while depositing, even if you are registered on the Gamstop site. Two hours later I received an email saying that I had previously excluded from their site and they have closed the account and cancelled my withdrawal and the account is in a lifetime of profit. Few months back i had an account with Mr Green casino and i decided to self exclude myself from it.

Nor will the UKGC listen to individual complaints about SE (Odd, given they like to publicise the fines). Over the space of 11 days I deposited a large some of money from my credit cards and gambled the lot. I agree that my contact data may be used to keep me informed about casino and sports betting products, services, and offerings.
I self excluded myself from gambling on 18th November 2018 vis gamstop. Sadly with people like pinnit2015 losing motivation to “ramble” about these issues it just encourages certain unscrupulous gambling companies to continue to exploit people without any consequences. I think the fact that they have left an account from a UK customer, who they know to be registered with GamStop open tells you all you need to know about the company. Is your casino not on gamstop account still open and have you attempted to claim your deposits back?

You stated that we are giving this casinos a glowing report and I quote …. If they are – our other admin members has already agreed to investigate this serious matter so we will wait for your proof in the meantime. I asked you for proof that they are seeing UK players to register there so we can investigate this. Google “mystake non-gamstop” and you will get all the evidence you require (there are 10 different websites on the first google page and I’ve no need to venture any further). They are specifically targeting UK customers registered with GAMSTOP, who you provide a link to on your homepage. The fact that casino is prepared to do business with such affiliates, like non-gamstop, is telling itself

I am thinking of submitting my complaint via the complaint section on this site. They have had my official complaint for a few days now. They replied to me immediately and told me to contact Gamstop and suspended my account. If it is the casino then personally I think you’ve a better chance at recourse than going after GS. The fact that your other accounts were blocked would possibly indicate it has
What happens after I have registered with Gamstop Online?

I have emailed the casino and have made a complaint asking for an explanation as to why this has happened. All my information with gamstop and with the casino is the same except for my mobile number which actually changed about 2 years ago but I must not have updated it with the casino. Do they begrudge paying the money or do they think that they wouldn’t pass the due diligence. Bearing in mind that after the second rejection I was informed that I could send another complaint with ALL evidence attached which I complied with. The reason given for the 3rd rejection was apparently because it was part of multiple complaints. To be fair, i’ve not disappeared from gambling, well not all, but i’ve grown increasingly disillusioned with it.
- Unfortunately, Bodog has been blacklisted here long time ago for a good reason, however, you can still AGCCS against them if the issue is still ongoing.
- I have attempted to claim back my deposits but MyStake sent me a copy and past reply which says according to them my request is groundless.
- @DMRHave you opened a complaint using the AGCCS in regards to your account and the deposits made?
- Last week i opened an account with Redbet and deposited £500, i lost £450 and left £50 in the account to play later
- If you are asking for proof that they are not signed up to GamStop or licensed by the UK Gambling Commission then go to either of these organisations websites and you will see they aren’t.
- Sorry mate, but that is an unjustifiable position in being an affiliate with them, showing i guess, that money talks
If you require any further “rock solid” proof to back up what I have informed you of then just ask and I’ll be more than happy to provide it for you. If you are asking for proof that they are not signed up to GamStop or licensed by the UK Gambling Commission then go to either of these organisations websites and you will see they aren’t. It’s not really difficult to find the proof. First, either I or Guru had heard of this, so I guess it’s easy to throw out accusations although we’ve not received even a reply or PM with proof to investigate, They are not licenced by the UK Gambling Commission, nor or they signed up to GAMSTOP so are therefore illegally transacting with any UK customers. I think it’s fairly obvious what the issue is here.
I have neither denied or accepted what you her said, merely asked for the proof you have so we can get this investigated. And like previously advised by another admin – this proof can be sent via DM if it contains private information. I didn’t ask you for proof they are not signed up to Gamstop!
Absolutely agree, but the first time either me or Valdes had even heard of this was when you mentioned it and then you disappeared. No need for proof as well – quite easy to see they have a business relationship with that particular website – in fact, anyone on that site should be blacklisted. Even after explaining the whole situation to them and sending them my GamStop registration they have STILL left my account opened. I have attempted to claim back my deposits but MyStake sent me a copy and past reply which says according to them my request is groundless.

Later that day i realised i could not log into my Redbet account and was later advised that my self exclusion with Mr Green was the cause and they will refund the £50 (im still waiting) Few months back i had an account with MR Green casino and i decided to self exclude myself from it. If you still believe your personal details registered with Gamestop and the operator are matching 100%, I guess it’s about time for you to consider the idea of using AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino complaints Service/. Before I submitted my complaint I sent the casino an email asking who I should contact if I had a complaint about a customer being able to bet when self excluded via GamStop.
Should I complain and get them to refund the £450 i Lost as i would not have been able to withdraw had i won and it was an unknown they are part of the same casino group. Should I complain and get them to refund the £450 i lost as i would not have been able to withdraw had i won and it was an unknown they are part of the same casino group. I asked them what there timescales were for responses to complaints and also asked for a copy of their complaint procedure but they just responded with a standard acknowledgment. Remember that the role of a ADR, to my knowledge, doesn’t include ruling whether a casinos self exclusion scheme is effective. I have also requested a refund of all deposits as I know had I have won and tried to withdraw the winnings they most likely would have refused me due to the self exclusion.

Thanks i have just emailed Redbet , kindly asking for a refund of the other amount due, You may have a few exchanges with them over this but, in the main, they seen to refund. But yes, they should have not allowed you to open an account with RB – though it’s phrased in the LCCP as ‘reasonable steps’. Last week i opened an account with Redbet and deposited £500, i Lost £450 and left £50 in the account to Play later
We have absolutely agreed to investigate the matter, but your rock solid proof isn’t rock solid because you haven’t actively proved the casino actually is accepting UK players! From that date on all online casinos stopped contacting me by email and upon checking my online casino accounts I was not able to log in to any of them which of course is the point of self exclusion. So to reiterate my “rock-solid” this would be proof the casino is accepting UK players when they’re not meant to be. You claim they are actively accepting UK members – you have proof of these accounts I assume do you? Btw, not meaning to sound argumentative but why blacklist Bodog yet rate casinos 8.8 who actively target Non Gamstop (mystake)?

Where exactly does it say in the rules they are obligated to refund u in full? Even a very similar amount of money.. I did as they wished and recieved confirmation that my account was verified. Today I won £850 and recieved an email asking for I’d and photos of my cards used to make deposits. Moved home and set up a new account. I previous self excluded when I was at a previous address.
